It’s been a while since the last Five Random Songs post, so here’s a fresh new list for your Monday morning.
Was my former student right? Is it possible to tell what a person’s like simply by looking at his or her music collection? I’m not too sure, but it’s fun to peruse what other people are listening to these days. I’m always discovering new songs thanks to my students and friends.
Want to join in on the fun? Create your own Five Random Songs list and post it on your blog (or Twitter, or Facebook, or wherever), and share the link with me in the Comments section of this post. I use Random.org to ensure that the numbers are truly random—well, as random as numbers can be. I’m sure the mathematicians and engineers among us could argue about that one for hours.
Happy listening!
#1053 – Bubba Sparxxx, “Jimmy Mathis”
#1222 – Cheryl Lynn, “Got to Be Real”
#104 – Johnny Cash, “I’ve Been Everywhere”
#68 – Sugarland (with Little Big Town and Jake Owen), “Life in a Northern Town”
#1156 – Country Joe & the Fish, “Feel-Like-I’m-Fixin’-to-Die Rag”
